ODELL FOX

Odell Fox is an acoustic Americana duo that plays a bicoastal blend of folk, bluegrass, and rock and roll. Odell Fox music won't let you down.

Odell Fox is a three-man singing and songwriting operation comprised of brothers Raphael Odell Shapiro, Jenner Snow Fox, and Hans Theodore Bilger. Though born on opposite sides of the continent and to different families, they are brothers indeed, the same molecular passion for American folk and rock music running parallel through their veins. With Odell Fox, they aim to make a mark, to conversate with the storytellers and mystics who’ve come before them, and create something greater than the sum of their parts. The parts for now are few – two guitars, an upright bass, a mandolin, and a Catahoula Leopard Dog named Joni Dog Mitchell – packed into the back of a red Honda CRV. Odell Fox is often on the road, sharing their songs, their words of optimism, and their humble observations, in every community they visit, doing what they can, as T. Bone Burnett put it, to “confound the machines.” Odell Fox is a reason to get up in the morning, and is some of the most fun you can have with your clothes on. When they’re standing still, Jenner, Raph, Hans, and Joni live in Austin, Texas.
